This blog is a little bit of a mixture some bowling update and how living healthy habits affect performance on the lanes.

Friday night is league night at Funspot. A 3 person team Peterson Point classic league. Showed up to the lanes ready to perform. Bowled the entire night with the Track Logix. Best night in many weeks at Funspot 690 series with 235 and 244 games. For some time drinking beer while bowling has not been the norm. But last night just so happened that it was a 2 beer night. Is that why I bowled so well? Could be but don’t think. Since I have been doing spin classes and working out the game seems a lot easier. I believe it has even helped the mental focus. Been told for few weeks during workouts and nutrition training, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! Although beer definitely not in best nutrition program, seemed to fit and work for the situation. Just wont be making it a regular habit. Happy to be at a point where I can afford a cheat or two with out feeling I will never look and feel how I want to.

As far as Day 3 for plank challenge, Rest Day. So what do you do on rest day? Started morning at Fitness Edge upper body workout and 4 miles on elliptical. Nice way to start day. Got couple balls drilled in the Pro Shop for customer then relax res of day with my love. Energy level you might think is low with so much going on, actually it is higher then it has ever been. Enjoying the heathy habits that have been created and pushing to see more physical appearance. On a side note, at league some one asked how much weight I had lost told her, 50 pounds. Have lost that for some time not but believe walking with little more pep in my step, and it shows.

Day 4 of plank challenge tomorrow in the morning before 7-3 work shift. 30 second plank repeated 4 times. Next workout set for 5;30am Monday for spin class. Be sure to follow me on Monday 2/5/18. It is a 15 year anniversary of a life changing event. A lot will be focus and discussion will be on that event.
