Continuing the Journey

It has been a week since I have last posted. Been a very busy week. #28dayshred has continued. Despite having a chest cold this week, have not missed a day of my Plank Challenge. Day one had me with a base of 40 seconds. it was struggle to get to that 40 sec. Today, day 12 able to do 4 sets of 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest between. much easier and feeling the difference with my core. Have enjoyed 2 to 3 spin classes each week. Planning to continue spin classes for another month. Been true to fuelings each day and feeding body rather then my hunger. Working on completing a full transition new my new life style by finding fuelings in the grocery store rather then thru our program. And with out giving in to all the easy treat that will not fuel your body properly.

Learning the financial element in life will always be a challenge. But, when you feel better about yourself and your body. It is easier to focus and work on everything else that matters.
