2/1/18 – How are you feeling today? I am feeling great.
As I get ready to start another 28 day shred. I think back as to what I have accomplished this far. My journey started back on May 1st, 2017. With the help of other and learning a new way to fuel my body, I lost 40 pounds in just under 4 months. Now at my goal weight of 190 and able to maintain it for last 2 months, (even thru the holidays) I am ready to focus on my next goal. A toned body I have always wanted. Surprisingly the weight loss was easier then I imagined it could be. Learning the habits of optimal health along the way, is how I have maintained my weight. Bring me to stage two. In last 14 days I have attended 4 spin classes and two cardio interval trainings. My energy level has been great, and ready to concur the next 28days. Who is with me? Let’s do this together.
